Workshops
These workshops run from 10am until 1pm and are set up to be a relaxed and enjoyable introduction to Buddhism and meditation practises that we can use in our daily life.
There are two sessions with a break in the middle for coffee and pastries. Each session consists of a breathing meditation, 30 minute talk, a second meditation on the topic and time for questions.
The Workshops each cost £10 and we do ask that you book in advance either on-line or by contacting the centre.
