Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes
These drop-in classes provide a clear, step-by-step, practical explanation of the Buddhist way of life, buddhist philosophy, and how to integrate Buddhism into our daily life.
By understanding and practising the subjects studied on this course we can transform our daily lives, fulfil our spiritual potential, and find lasting happiness.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes. They are suitable for everybody, regardless of background, race, gender, age, religion as everyone can experience the benefits of meditation. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend these classes although you will need an open mind towards Buddhist philosophy to get the most out of them!
Format of classes
- Buddhist prayers and breathing meditation (20 minutes)
- Teaching on Buddhist subject (40 minutes)
- Buddhist meditation (20 minutes)
- Questions & Answers (10 minutes)
