What are our Meditation Workshops?

Our one day Meditation Workshops are an ideal starting point for those who wish to spend a day learning about meditation, its benefits, and how to start a daily meditation practice. These workshops are guided by experienced teachers who explain clearly different aspects of meditation and how to apply meditation in daily life. The teachers are also available to answer any questions you have about meditation.

The benefits of our Meditation Workshops can be experienced quickly and easily by complete beginners. If you learn simple meditation techniques (such as breathing meditation) and practice them regularly you will experience a greater sense of inner peace and contentment and, as a result, be able to remain positive in daily life.

These workshops explain everything you need to know in order to begin you own personal daily meditation practice. We also have books available at the workshops to support your meditation practice.

Who can attend the Meditation Workshops?

Everyone is welcome to attend these workshops. They are suitable for everybody, regardless of background, race, gender, age, religion as everyone can experience the benefits of meditation. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend our courses!
