These drop-in classes provide a clear, step-by-step, practical explanation of the Buddhist way of life, what buddhist meditation is, and how to integrate it into our daily life.
Kelsang Chodor will explain twenty-one step-by-step buddhist "Lamrim" meditations leading to increasingly peaceful and beneficial states of mind, and that together form the entire Buddhist path to enlightenment.
By practising these meditations, we can transform our daily lives, fulfil our spiritual potential, and find lasting happiness.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes. They are suitable for everybody, regardless of background, race, gender, age, religion as everyone can experience the benefits of meditation. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend these classes although you will need an open mind towards Buddhist philosophy to get the most out of them!
Format of classes
Course dates, venue & fees
The classes are held on Tuesday evenings at Vairochana Buddhist Centre from 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm. between the following dates:
Term 1: 9th September - 21st October (7 weeks)
Term 2: 18th November - 9th December (4 weeks)
